Welcome to my Blog.

Qualifications in photography range from Level 3 NOCN (NVQ level 3 / A level)Photography, Landscapes and Cityscapes. City and Guilds in Advanced Portrait and Wedding Photography, to being a Licentiate member of the Royal Photographic Society. LRPS

Besides being a professional photographer I am also the Chairman of the St Albans Camera Club for which we do competions, workshops and have guest speakers at our weekly meetings.

I have 2 websites, www.chrisdruryphotography.co.uk and the secondary site www.dcdphotography.co.uk deals with the more explicit art nude, nude, glamour and glamour nude style shoots. I have worked with several models including Bex White and Sammie jo 86 and specialise in all types of portraiture, as well as commercial, landscapes, macro and nature. I am based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, 20 mins by train from St Pancras Station.
I can provide a MUA at the model's expense if required.

As one of your female readers I wanted to say how much I enjoyed the work of photographer Chris Drury in his debut feature this month (92). From the opening shot of the woman in the bathtub to the closing simple look to camera shot on the final page (17) I enjoyed them all. Isn't it great to see that a woman can be seductive and sensual without being full frontal naked. I enjoyed the couples shots too.

Thanks for the images from Chris Drury in this month's issue (92). I particularly liked the final shot of in his feature of the two girls in the bathtub. one of them looking straight to camera. I found it very sensual- just what an erotic image should be-even though it was just head and shoulders. It would be great if you could do another feature from this photographer with just these two models in the bathtub. i am sure it would be delightful.

I have worked with a variety of models, all levels, race, gender, age and experience and am happy to work at whatever level the model feels comfortable. I work from home, a large 4 bedroom semi detached house where I set up my studio for Hi and Low Key Shoots, directional lighting and Green screen. I also shoot around the house and garden plus I do location shoots.
