BEHIND THE LENS

I am a photographer with over 45yrs experience in all areas photographic.

Trained at Brunel University ( BSc (Hons Photographic Techniques) and Caledonian University BA ( Applied graphics technology) and working for such companies like Hypignosis (album covers) and Spectrum ( Photo studios) decided it was time to branch out and go it alone in 1980's
Having worked in London for some of the best studios as freelance photographer and darkroom technician and moved into the digital arena when the quality of images almost matched the old negative format.

Now fully proficient in Photoshop and other digital processing media, has for a number of years been producing images for media and advertising outlets, I recently decided to0 concentrate on studio work and modelling, in which I help those who wish to have a go with new faces, in which I offer studio time and images on CD to the model applicant free of charge, in order to help them secure work in their careers and for their portfolio (copyright is still with the photographer) although free use is encouraged on acknowledgments to myself or any fees paid to me by 3rd parties for use in their publications or media.

I formed Pagana in 2010 in which to advertise myself in Scotland and has been going from strength to strength in all area of photography and website design.

Now based near Glasgow Scotland, I am available for work in studios and Location shoots with models corporate ,media etc. and any areas that require images.

I also do web design and media advertising for shows and exhibitions.
