As a novice to modelling I'm always willing to learn from experienced professionals. Today, after a fantastic and varied shoot, I have learnt so much from a true professional. Thank you Gordon for teaching me in a firm but fun way. I can't recommend this guy enough. I'll be back.

Was just asked about feedback and the choices included positive but not one for 'Extremely Positive' as that was what the experience of being in front of the lens with Gordon was! OK, am a novice when it comes to modelling in front of a male photographer but Gordon as has been said in his other verifications, is easy to get along with, and not only made me feel relaxed but obviously was a true pro when it came to directing my poses and taking the photos we both desired. He knew what he wanted and gave me some great pointers for future shoots so thanks a lot for that Gordon.

As others have said, am looking very much forward to the next shoot and the results it produces as the first batch of photos are super and well worth the journey to his studio.

First time working with Gordon, and what a pleasure it was, we'd messaged each other over a long period of time previously, and recently resumed contact. We started with a fresh cup of real pot tea, which was most welcome after my long drive. The shoot flowed through various changes of consumes and style in Gordon's home studio, using his big window of natural light. He knows what he wants from each shot and is great at giving directions to achieve his goal.

During the shoot time flew by, a sure sign of a good session, I look forward to working with him again before too long

Our eighth session together, I think that sums up the great rapport now between us and I’m quite flattered that Gordon keeps asking me back. Always friendly, relaxed but giving me direction as he has a clear view of what he is hoping to achieve, whilst at the same time allowing the model to add their own style and suggestions. Since shoot one it’s been a highly recommended from me, and I’ve no reason to change.

A great day, again, with excellent locations and studio work. As always Gordon was well prepared for the day so we both had a clear understanding of what we hoped to achieve. I continue to learn from his direction and am very grateful for the experience I’ve gained as result. Easy to work with and looking forward already to another session in the future.

Another superb session with Gordon. As usual he had obviously researched the locations and the day was planned and organised very professionally. Always involving the model in the shoot it was another interesting, challenging but entirely enjoyable day. Probably our busiest yet with three characters, one studio session and several locations. Enjoyed a excellent session with Gordon, despite the rain and cold. The challenges with the weather meant grabbing opportunities as they arose but some superb images again. Always a pleasure working with Gordon and developing a good understanding.

Had my 3rd shoot with Gordon today, each shoot gets better. He works hard to encourage you to get best possible images, certainly won't be the last shoot with him.

Another great session with Gordon in locations ranging from a boating lake to city centre locations with just the right background for the effect being sought. Obviously Gordon’s puts a lot of research and effort into finding locations and as a result some great images. Throughly enjoyable session and again highly recommended

This was my third shoot with Gordon. We concentrated to start with on outdoor photos - this included me having to lay in a stream! Rather challenging but enjoyable. We then moved on to portrait work in the studio, concluding with some nude work. As usual, Gordon gave good direction.

A third tremendous session with Gordon. The changing light and a moving train posed problems for us both but Gordon remained positive and encouraged ideas and suggestions that I felt appropriate. He continued to challenge me in a positive direction resulting in more confidence and understanding. Again, highly recommended

Had a very productive shoot with Gordon, who'd come up by train to take various photos of me from portraiture to nude. Gordon is a very accomplished tog, who knows exactly what he wants from a shoot and gives good direction. I learnt a lot from our first session and we are already talking of the next one. A super second session with Gordon, utilising a couple of "The Great Uncles". Ernie was shot making local deliveries in the area and Gordon was quick to seize opportunities including a vintage car that happened to appear. We then went off to a steam railway with the traditional Tweed suit look and some great images provided, again very quickly, as a result. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended

This was my second shoot with Gordon. We did a selection of dressed, semi-nude and nude shots. It can be unnerving to strip off for photos but Gordon had coached me through the first session and the second one went very well, to the extent that further sessions are being planned. Gordon is friendly and patient; I can recommend him to work with.

A great first session with Gordon, my first of this type. Put me at ease and happy to explain what he was looking for. His praise and advise helped my confidence during the shoot and I was delighted with the results which were shared very quickly and showed great attention to detail. An excellent and enjoyable day

Just had a really enjoyable shoot with Gordon - this time at Kelmarsh Hall in Northamptonshire.
We began in the garden with some very creative shots featuring some of the flowers in the ornamental borders - with Gordon's knowledge of horticulture really assisting in the best possible shot.
Afterwards we went inside this rather splendid country house using a bust of the architect, James Gibbs and oil paintings mounted on the walls to maximum effect.
The final shots were taken in the grounds by a period boathouse with Gordon even organising a dog for me to appear in some images - a touch really out of the pages of Country Life!
I enjoyed myself immensely on this shoot and it will be a day I will remember for a long time.
Gordon instinctively knows how to achieve the best possible image and is fun to work with - easygoing with a great line in banter.
Highly recommended.

A most enjoyable second shoot with Gordon in the city of Leicester.
Following a very welcome coffee, we visited the fish and fruit and vegetable markets.
These two areas proved to be the most challenging I have worked in so far - but I believe it is well worthwhile working with a photographer who can direct a model out of their comfort zone in order to give greater versatility - and Gordon certainly succeeded in achieving this.
The next location, previously researched by Gordon, was a splendid water fountain complete with magnificent griffins.
I felt as though I could have posed for hours by this truly majestic feature.
Gordon is a very creative and artistic photographer with a great sense of humour.
Very highly recommended.

Just had my third shoot with Gordon which proved to be a most enjoyable day.
We met in Leicester and the theme of the shoot was "all things Irish".
Gordon had taken a lot of trouble pre-shoot gathering together apt props and researching a quite majestic location.
I enjoyed the day immensely working with Gordon who is an imaginative and talented photographer - always striving for a top quality image and also an excellent host.
I was delighted with the images produced on the day and impressed with just how industrious Gordon is
post-shoot in forwarding images to the model in such a short time window.

A really enjoyable second shoot with Gordon - this time close to Nottingham.
Following coffee, we commenced with some shots by a civic building with a splendid doorway. Gordon really surprised me with the amount of props he had brought along with him, ranging from a fleece, beret with ribbons, scarf, down to the really fine touches such as binoculars, period textbooks and map.
We then went on to shoot in a local park area with a backdrop of interesting 1930's buildings. Gordon has a real eye for authentic period architecture.
Following a most enjoyable lunch prepared by Gordon, I spent about 90 minutes in the relaxing home studio posing for semi-clothed and nude images.
Gordon is a very professional and creative photographer. He takes a lot of time and trouble pre-shoot to obtain props and research locations. His direction always ensures he results with the very best images of the model.

Working with Gordon is an absolute pleasure.
He has an enviable eye for a location, knows exactly how to maximise it and get the very best from the model.
Had an initial shoot at Market Harborough in South Leicestershire with Gordon on Friday, 10th August, 2018, when we used various headwear in the shots ranging from a patterned flat cap to a crown of vine leaves - which Gordon had thoughtfully brought along with him.
Following each of the two sessions of shooting, we reviewed the images on a laptop.
Along with my fee, Gordon very kindly bought me a pub lunch.
I am already looking forward to my next shoot.

Because of excellent pre shoot communications and a meeting a couple of weeks before I was expecting a professional shoot that would be fun to do and I was not disappointed, in fact the whole day surpassed my wildest expectations.

Gordon greeted me warmly and within a few minutes we got down to work after he provided me with a much needed cuppa after my journey.

Knowing precisely what he wanted from the shoot both indoors in the studio and outdoors in a secluded stream location, but also going along with the ideas I put forward without hesitation producing many scintillating images after just a couple of hours, when he provided me with lunch and went on to do more studio work.

I met this friendly guy for the first time at Chester railway station to discuss a future shoot and decided to have a short session as a test.
Working with this talented photographer was lots of fun and even in a very short time we produced some brilliant images.
