Sanctum is a listed building that we have created to be an intimate home away from home.

We have meticulously & lovingly restored everything from finding manufacturers for the furnishings, the décor to specialists making the coving all to bring back the feel of the original features that you’d expect to find in a building of the late 1800’s always with uncompromised luxury at the forefront of our intentions. When designing Sanctum our colour scheme of Blacks and Golds we feel really brings out the sex appeal of the property, we especially love the bespoke gold cast iron radiators, the feature leather panelled walls and the doors really do give it that WOW Factor

We have spared no expense renovating this property which took around 2 years to complete due to other work commitments

Initially we were looking to just let the property as a naughty night or weekend getaway but as we continued renovating we realised that this was just perfect for those sexy boudoir shoots or for BDSM shoots so we have decided to also offer our beautiful bespoke apartment to photographers on an hourly basis

To date we have worked with some amazing photographers and models and we have been lucky enough to be provided with images which we will be using for the website, facebook, Instagram and promotional material.

**Please Note:If you wish to do shower shots which include using the water then i'm afarid that we have to ask for a supplement of £25 so that I can get a cleaner in after, as you can imagine it isn't the easiest of bathrooms to clean
