Manipulation/Fantasy Photo Copyright Information-I create a final piece and own the copyright of the contents I created eg the backgrounds, you would still hold the copyright of your original photo, but we both have rights to the final result. However I would never sell/distribute the image without discussing this with the original copyright holder and would expect the same in return.You do not however need to ask permission about magazine submissions all I ask is for a credit if possible and to be informed smile If I submit to any magazines you and all involved would be credited
You are paying for my time in creating a final product. If you wish to own sole rights of an Manipulation/Fantasy image this should be discussed first.
The images are copyrighted to myself and the client and may not be published without consent from myself and those involved. Please do not steal/copy/use/publish my work without my permission any theft will not be tolerated
Non Fantasy Images- I do not claim to own your photos I simply enhance them however I would appreciate credit where credit is due- Its only polite smile
I may use your photos in my portfolio I always credit all involved so please make sure I know everyone's details
