Firstly the boring bit!

Covid-19

Unfortunately whilst a Covid-19 lockdown is in force I will not be doing any shoots, however on the positive side I have now been vaccinated!

Covid-19 has also seriously affected my employment. I will now be working in Basingstoke during the week and returning to Leicestershire at the week end. This will mean that if we have a shoot planned in Leicestershire area I will need to completed the shoot at the weekend or abandon it.

About me

I have 20+years of photographic experience, and I have advanced CRB clearance. I have been published on many occasions in national magazines and I have provided commercial content to companies for use in there commercial advertising campaigns. I am currently setting up a website which I hope to have finished by March.

I am also on Purpleport and have more references there 

Chaperones

Chaperones are welcome on any shoot but they must not interfere with the shoot. Very occasionally, usually on location they will be asked to assist by holding a reflector etc.

Newcomers

I am more than happy to work with new or inexperienced models, especially if you are trying to build images for your portfolio.

I have a very relaxed fun attitude to all of my shoots.

I absolutely respect a models working levels and will not push your levels

You may worry that you do not know how to pose, do not worry I will help you; I will bring images etc to the shoot to give you an idea of what I am trying to achieve.

Don’t be shy, if it helps bring a chaperone

Studio shoots

I use a number of local studios, however if a model would like to specify a studio, I am happy to travel to a studio of their choice. During 2019 I had a number of studio shoots where the model did a no show, I understand that situations arise where you may need to cancel for a number of reasons. If you need to cancel please let me know so that I can cancel the studio or find a replacement model. In future if a model leaves me with the cost of a studio without letting me know then regrettably the model will leave me with no option but to negative feedback, which I do not want to do. 

Location shoots

I will travel to most locations, and if required I can bring portable lights etc. I can also advise on a number of locations that I have spotted around the midlands and in Wales.  

Home shoots

I am happy to shoot in a model’s home location I can bring lighting and a variety of backdrops etc

I would like my portfolio to contain 5 images of each of the levels that I am happy to work at, currently I have ‘holes’ in my portfolio that I would like to fill
