I have been into digital photography for 7-8 years now, and over this time I've realised that I love shooting portraits. While most of my work to date has been candid shots of my baby daughter and various family members, which has been very useful to get to grips with the camera settings shooting moving subjects in varying light, I would now like to develop my skills with posed shots. To this end, I am keen to work with models of all levels of experience who are able to take direction but just as importantly, proactively engage with the shoot and suggest ideas to ensure we both come away with shots that benefit both portfolios.
I would like to develop my portrait skills and ultimately move into taking family portraits on a professional basis. To achieve this goal, I recognise that I need to learn to work with models and learn the skill to give direction whilst ensuring people remain relaxed and at ease. Also keen to work with MUA or model/MUA.
If you would like to undertake a TFP / TFCD shoot (mileage not paid I'm afraid), in the Derbyshire area (or possibly further afield) then please get in touch. Thanks!
