A little about me for starters…

I’m a 41-year-old, semi-professional photographer based in the North East of England.

I love travelling and would love to expand my coverage areas for shoots while shooting more in the North East too.

Outside of photography, I’m really into comic book characters and would LOVE to shoot cosplay styles because of this. I’m also a gaming geek, love rock music and generally having a laugh.

About my photography…

I shoot all areas of photography, from Landscape right through to Nude and Glamour. I shoot a majority of my images under Ian Harman Photography.

I have several publications under my belt, featured in Front, Daily Sport, Bizarre and Twisted Edge. Some of which have featured as cover shoots too.

I work my styles around what the model I shoot would like, however my personal style takes influence from Zoo, Front, Nuts, Loaded FHM etc.. While these are in my tastes, I’m not limited to these and shoot at model discretion.

My Levels.

I shoot to all levels – this is not a target for all shoots and I do NOT level push. I believe in a safe working environment, whether in my normal day job (IT work – geek cliché there), or in the studio/shoot environment. Model and photographer safety is Priority.

Shoot rates.

Paid shoots – in the event that I can actually afford to do a paid shoot (hopefully aiming for at least 1 per month), All images are retained fur use by me. Part paid will equal ownership of images and usage by me with some usage rights RBD with model party.

TFP and content Share shoots – When I do one of these shoots, ownership of images is between all parties involved. A copy of all originals in JPG format is provided to all parties in a Onedrive/Wetransfer link within 24 hours, editing rights are shared and credit is supplied when requested/agreed.

Chaperones…

More than welcome to bring along a chaperone or have one present at a shoot. I have one exception to this and this is if the chaperone is another photographer looking to shoot at the same time. I prefer my content to be unique at the time of shoot and not feel like part of a group shoot. Nothing personal on photographer chaperones. Sadly this preference is based on experience.

• If feeling flash – DJI Mavic Air Drone.
