I am a semi-pro photographer based in Cheshire.  I love photographing the female form in all their beauty both indoors and outdoors. I am a self confessed lover of the female bum and the unique curves of a woman's body.  I shoot to all of the higher levels of nude photography and specialise in art nude, erotic and adult shoots.

MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS!...   

MODELS (ESPECIALLY NEW MODELS! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE AGREEING TO SHOOT WITH ME!)...

I do not do "chaperoned" shoots! Three is a crowd, and no one likes to be watched when working!  I do not "pay up front" for paid shoots with models sometimes I will pay travel expenses in advance. When shoot has ended, you get paid in full immediately for the booked/agreed shoot.

I do not do shoots when it's the models "time of the month" due to the levels I shoot. If I arrive to do a shoot that is booked and you are "on" then the shoot is off/cancelled.. no payment. 

I am a semi-pro  Published Photographer (in printed magazines, not just a few pics on websites BTW... FYI!)... I've been doing photography since 1981 (Yes!, most probably before you were born, maybe even old enough to be your Grandad in some cases!)...   

COPYRIGHTS OF IMAGES/VIDEOS:

As the 'creator' of all digital images or videos during shoots I own Copyrights to the material. I can use 'my' images to sell or display on any websites all around the world including the UK. The model(s) in any images/videos does not own the copyrights or any claim on them or money (if any) made from their sales. The model(s) will not be asked to sign any 'model release' forms, as I own the copyrights and by reading this in my profile 'terms and conditions' you, the model(s) agree to this before shooting with me! Thank you.I have got a 'proper job' as the Photography I do does not earn me enough to 'not work' doing a proper job to pay my bills etc!  I work Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm doing physically demanding work outdoors in all weathers... The time I get off at weekends and any of the limited days holiday allowance I take from the job is precious invaluable time for ME!!!  I sometimes get asked to do overtime at the last minute on a Friday for doing work on a Saturday.

So, if we have booked a shoot for a Saturday and If get informed the Friday before that I have to work on the Saturday that we have had a shoot booked for, then sorry but my work comes first as a priority!  And I will have to cancel/postpone/re-book our shoot for either the Sunday or another day in the week using up one of my valuable limited holiday allowances days, of which I shall have to give at least a weeks notice in advance to my employer!!!  Do not give me a negative or neutral reference/feedback because of this!

BTW,... FYI...  I will not tolerate being let down by 'Flakey' models that waste my time by NO SHOWING to shoots booked and agreed to... or models not doing levels they state on their profiles either! .... failure to turn up for a shoot, especially if you are a new model WILL result in you getting a NEGATIVE reference/feedback etc!... However, if you are genuine and reliable and want to do shoots to get great pics to get you recognition and more paid work, then do not hesitate in doing a shoot with me!
