I'm an amateur photographer who has been taking photographs occasionally from the late 80s onwards. (There are some colour print film shots from the late 80s and early 90s in my "archaeology" folder). Sometimes when I shoot I have specific ideas in mind but equally as often I'm trying to hone my technical skills by attempting to reproduce ideas I have seen elsewhere.
I've a fairly laid back approach to my shoots so chatting, drinking tea and reviewing results so far gets mixed in with actually taking pictures.
